Brain Gain is an exclusive community, and our members undergo an application process before they are allowed into the network. A panel reviews the resumes of applicants based on a proprietary process.

How the application process works

1. Application

Tell us your qualifications by importing your Linkedin profile or completing our online form. Please share as much as you can about yourself to help us make a decision on your membership.

2. Screening

After submitting your resume, a panel will review your profile. Applicants may be accepted or denied membership on the basis of their qualifications and/or the areas of expertise needed in the network. We do our screening in rounds, and applicants who do not make it are welcome to apply for the next round of screening.

3. Membership

Once your membership is approved, we will send you an email invitation so you may activate your account.
