The course is designed for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial managers who seek to understand the entrepreneurial mindset and learn an appropriate strategic management framework to guide their enterprises to achieve greater levels of success. Experts guide the participants on how to spot opportunities and threats from the environment, assess organizational capabilities and develop appropriate strategies leading to the attainment of enterprise objectives. This program, in collaboration with ACE-Center for Entrepreneurship & Management Education Inc., aims to support the Ateneo Graduate School of Business' anniversary theme "Our Country is Our Business.
It is designed for entrepreneurs, managers and supervisors of small and medium-sized enterprises who need a strategic framework to improve their business.
The successful participants will:
1. Understand the entrepreneurial mindset and learn how to become more entrepreneurial;
2. Learn and apply a suitable strategic management framework that maps out enterprise objectives and corresponding strategies and programs;
3. Understand how to develop a comprehensive external analysis leading to the identification of opportunities and threats;
4. Understand how to assess organizational capabilities leading to the identification of organizational strengths and weaknesses;
5. Develop a working knowledge of the functional areas of management (marketing, operations, human resources and finance); and
6. Develop strategic options that will lead to the achievement of enterprise goals.
The course includes lectures and case discussions on the following topics:

* The Right-to-Left Planning Framework
* Overview of Entrepreneurial Marketing
* Overview of Entrepreneurial Operations
* Managing Entrepreneurial Organization
