Lifelike robotic skin: Science Fiction or Science Fact

There has been very good internet traffic about my research on robotic/prosthetic skins in the past three weeks.

I think there was a good pull from the Bruce Willis movie, the Surrogates.

Am a big robotics fan.  Its great to hear about people like you innovating in this area.  I saw iRobot's blob-robot and that was very interesting, at the same time creepy.
